Check out my body transformation!!!

In jan 2014 I started weight training and eating chicken again…I’ve been on my meal plan and work outs regularly since these two pics were taken( yes w/o make up me in the raw lol)

check out the next two…i did put my face on for these progress pics 

I gained 15lbs of muscle and lost 5lbs of fat! Now at 117lbs and standing 5’4 (with out my tall shoes on)

I love my lifestyle and how how I look and feel. I told myself I would do it for a year full on and if I didn’t like it I didn’t have to do it…now I’m at 1yr and 9months! Still going strong and I even found a nice balance in the last 8months! I told you I was growing my booty for you! I call my mission body suplting or shaping because I am shaping it a certain way. Don’t worry I am not going to be a pro body builder lol I could never eat that much food anyway lol and that’s not the look I’m going for…I like where I’m at now and look forward to refining it…rounding out the booty, not ‘bigger’ rounder!

Clearly my posing is way better and my bating suits have gotten sexier!

Now that my second season of competing is complete I am happy to share my results! I achieved my goal of placing higher in a national qualifier competition than I did last year….by wining the masters bikini title and coming in second place in the open for my height! I far surpassed my own expectation!

2016 

I was training hard for a national show when my other unexpectedly passed away March 2016. I had a rough time and struggled to work and go to the gym. They say you are never really grown up until you lose a parent, well I understand that statement now. In July I started to get a little more consistency with my workouts in my meal plan although the grieving process continued through the end of the year and even still I have some moments of sadness. I was planning to do a couple of other national qualifiers in November , since I was unable to be consistent for that year. 

Two weeks before the show I was supposed to do I ended up pulling my hamstring I think I even have a minor meniscal tear. I wasn’t able to work out for about a month so I missed the first show that I was going to compete and I went ahead and went to New Jersey and had a nice time by then I was actually able to walk without pain there is still one more show left so I decided to compete since I was already up there and I have been training so hard for over five  months,  I would have been very upset to go all that way and not even do one show.

Surprisingly I ended up winning first place in the Masters division and second place in the open! I couldn’t believe that I actually won even with having my injury. I really did work hard those months before and I guess it really showed by sticking to my meal plan I was able to walk for cardio the week before that last show and was able to make it to the stage.

2017 is here and I had to give my hamstring and Knee a rest through January. I was finally able to start putting some weight into my lower body again in February so I started training and sticking to my meal plan.  I even quit drinking! I feel so great I’ve never seen my body responds to my training and food like I have this year! I competed in April and won first place in the open and second place in the masters division….this is the third year I have nationally qualified to go to a national show! 

I have been so consistent with my food and training I am going to go for it! I plan on having some availablity in the cities I am competing in(after the show’s of course so we can celebrate me presenting my best self!) so keep an eye out for me in New Jersey and Pittsburgh! I may even hope over to New York since I will be so close. 

I am excited to share my success with you all on this journey! The major up side is this amazing figure! Let’s enjoy our time together! 

2017 December

I did my first national show this year! I did not place but I am honored to have earned the right to compete at that level! I know what I need to work on for next year and I am excited to try again in 2018

Feb 2018 update

I have been enjoying eating more carbs and doing less cardio the past couple months! I am happy to report I am at a healthy 15.5% body fat.  I love my softness and curves!! My next show is in June 2018 I hope to be around 8-10% body fat by then. Stay tuned and enjoy the journey with me! 

Sept 2018

Well I acopmlised my goal of getting to 7% body fat by July!  I got to 10% beginning of May and didn’t get back up to 12% until  mid August after I competed and reversed dieted. It now Sept and I am back to a healthy 15% It is strange to see the number in the scale but muscle weighs way more than fat and I built a lot of muscle this year. I widened my back  and built my booty! I have gotten many complements since getting back up to a healthy body fat too so it’s time to do less cardio, eat more carbs and enjoy the softer side of life! Of course I still meal prep and train 5 days a week but I am able to do less cardio and be flexible with my food Which makes me a great dinner date! I still do not drink (or do drugs) so don’t be surprised when I order unsweetened tea lol.
